Privacy
What we collect, how we found you if we wrote to you first, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Willow Motion, at 71 South 4th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249, is responsible for your data. You can write to [email protected].
What we collect
If you use the form, we get your website address and your work email.
If we wrote to you first, we have your name, your business email and your firm's website.
Our hosting provider also records visit data when you open this site, such as your IP address and browser.
If we wrote to you first
We found your business email from public sources and a business contact service. We read your public website to make your clip.
Want us to stop? Reply to our email or write to [email protected]. We won't write again, and we'll delete your details and your clip.
Why we use it
Your website is where your clip starts: we read its public pages for the words and colors.
Your email is how the clip reaches you, and how we write to you about it and about the longer version.
Visit data keeps this site running and safe.
Who else sees it
Only companies that help us run this site or send your clip. These are the kinds we use or will use: a hosting provider, a service that receives the form, an email provider and a business contact service. They can use your data for that work and nothing else.
We don't sell it, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your website address and email: 12 months after our last contact with you. Then we delete them.
Visit data stays only as long as our hosting provider needs it for security.
Where it is stored
We and our providers may store data in the United States and other countries. If the law requires it, we use the standard contract terms it provides for these transfers.
Your choices
Ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop writing to you. Email [email protected], and you'll get an answer within 30 days.
If you are in the EU or UK
If you asked for a clip, we use your website address and email to do what you asked.
If we wrote to you first, we rely on our legitimate interest in offering a service to your business. We rely on the same interest when we write about the longer version and keep visit data. You can object to any of this at any time, and we'll stop.
You can also complain to your data protection authority.
